Pour notre société à Luxembourg, nous cherchons un Business Developer. Il sera responsable du développement et de l’accompagnement de nos activités de Service avec nos clients actuels et futurs.

**Nos attentes**:
**Vos tâches**:

- Trouver de nouveaux leviers de croissance en analysant les besoins des clients et du marché.
- Proposer et négocier les contrats d’entretien et les projets de modernisation/rénovation
- Accompagner les clients actuels et prospecter de nouveaux clients ; vous accorderez un accompagnement spécial aux « Key Accounts »
- Evaluer les besoins des clients sur un plan budgétaire & technique et, le cas échéant, élaborer des plans d’investissement pluriannuels
- Suivre et accompagner les dossiers après la commande client avec nos équipes internes
- Etablir de bonnes relations avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.

**Position dans notre organisation**: Vous rendez compte au directeur-gérant de TK Elevator Luxembourg

**Profil recherché**:
**Votre profil**:

- Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de bachelier ou supérieur et vous possédez une expérience professionnelle de 2 ans minimum dans une fonction technico-commerciale
- Vos compétences sont la communication, la négociation, la réactivité et le suivi de nombreux dossiers en parallèle
- Vous avez de la persévérance et une forte résistance au stress
- Vous aimez tant travailler en équipe et de façon autonome
- Vous êtes orienté client, avez le sens des responsabilités et accordez une grande importance à la santé & sécurité au travail
- Vous êtes en possession du permis de conduire B
- Vous parlez couramment le français, l’allemand et l’anglais

Au Luxembourg, nous travaillons avec 50 salariés environ sur le terrain et dans les bureaux. Nous assurons la commercialisation, l’installation et le service d’ascenseurs, de monte-charges, d’escaliers mécaniques, de plateformes élévatrices et de systèmes de parking pour voitures et vélos.

Nos installations se trouvent dans les bâtiments publics, les centres commerciaux, les usines, les immeubles de bureaux, les maisons individuelles et les résidences à appartements.
