- Pour notre client, une société d'investissements située à Luxembourg-ville, nous recrutons un(e) Secrétaire
Responsabilités:
- Gestion des appels téléphoniques, filtrage des appels et prise de messages.
- Accueil des visiteurs, clients et partenaires.
- Gestion des fournitures de bureau et des équipements.
- Organisation et gestion de l'agenda du personnel.
- Rédaction et mise en forme de documents administratifs.
- Traitement du courrier postal et électronique.
- Soutien logistique pour l'organisation de réunions et d'événements.
- Gestion de la facturation
Compétences requises:
- Titulaire d'une licence en secrétariat ou dans un domaine connexe
- Expérience significative de 5 ans minimum
- Expérience sur BOB50
- Souci du détail et capacité à travailler de manière autonome.
- Sens de la confidentialité et professionnalisme.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
