Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, Foyer Assurances recherche pour sa Direction Financière, un(e) **Product Owner /Business Analyst - domaine comptabilité générale.**

Rattaché au responsable métier des systèmes d’information de la Direction Financière et le Risk management, votre mission principale est de participer au développement et à la maintenance de nouvelles solutions, informatiques ou organisationnelles utilisées au sein du département Comptabilité Générale.

Cette fonction vous permettra de vous situer au cœur de projets variés et de contribuer à la mise en place de nouveaux outils.

**Vos missions**
- Collaborer avec le métier de la comptabilité générale pour élaborer la vision de la solution.
- Proposer et mettre en place des améliorations des processus comptables et des outils pour améliorer la qualité de la Direction Financière.
- Comprendre les besoins du département comptable du groupe et participer aux projets transverses ayant un impact en comptabilité générale.
- Définir et suivre une roadmap de la solution, ainsi que ses fonctionnalités.
- Rédiger des user-stories fonctionnelles et gérer la priorisation du backlog.
- Mettre en place et suivre des KPI, analyser les problématiques et attentes utilisateurs.
- Animer des ateliers de co-conception en mode agile, participer aux phases de recette fonctionnelle et valider les fonctionnalités avant mise en production.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec une équipe agile composée d’un Manager Agile et de développeurs.

**Votre profil**
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un BAC +5 en project management ou/et en comptabilité.
- Vous disposez d'un minimum de **3 ans** d'expérience dans une fonction similaire de préférence dans le secteur financier de l'assurance, sinon en provenance du domaine bancaire ou de la consultance.
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le **français**, les langues : anglaise et luxembourgeoise sont considérées comme un avantage.
- Avoir travailler dans SAP constitue un réel avantage
- La maitrise de la méthodologie agile SCRUM constitue un avantage.
- Vous êtes autonome, dynamique, adaptable, organisé et un bon communicant.
- Vous avez la capacité à animer des ateliers.
- Vous avez des capacités d’analyse et de synthèse reconnues.
- Vous êtes un utilisateur averti des outils Office et avez des connaissances sur les outils JIRA et Confluence
