Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, FOYER Assurances recherche pour son département **Commercial et Marketing** un(e) **:Product owner (M/F)**

Rattaché à l’équipe Business Development et outils digitaux, votre mission principale est de participer aux développements de nouvelles solutions, informatiques ou organisationnelles utilisées au sein du groupe Foyer.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 2 personnes avec un reporting direct au Business Owner du Poste de Travail de l’Intermédiaire.

Cette fonction vous permettra de vous situer au cœur de projets variés et de contribuer à la mise en place de nouveaux outils.

**Vos missions**:

- Participer à l'élaboration de la vision de la solution en collaboration avec le métier.
- Définir et suivre une roadmap de la solution.
- Définir des fonctionnalités de la solution.
- Réaliser des rédactions fonctionnelles des user-stories.
- Gérer la priorisation du Backlog.
- Mettre en place et suivre des KPI.
- Suivre la rentabilité des solutions.
- Analyser les problématiques et les attentes clients (tant interne qu’externe)
- Animer des ateliers de co-conception en mode agile.
- Participer aux phases de recette fonctionnelle.
- Valider des fonctionnalités avant mise en production.
- Réaliser et analyser des tests utilisateurs.

**Votre profil**:

- Vous êtes diplômé d’un Master en Project management ou en ingénierie informatique.
- Vous justifiez de minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire de préférence dans le secteur de l'assurance, sinon en provenance du domaine bancaire ou de la consultance.
- La méthodologie agile SCRUM n’a plus de secrets pour vous et vous êtes capable de travailler en mode projet.
- On dit de vous que vous êtes autonome, dynamique, adaptable, organisé et un bon communicant.
- Vous avez la capacité à animer des ateliers.
- Vos capacités d’analyse et de synthèse son reconnues.
- Vous êtes un utilisateur averti des outils Office et avez des connaissances sur les outils JIRA et Confluence
- Les sujets d’innovation, de digitalisation et l’expérience client vous intéressent
- Les connaissances en banque et / ou assurances sont un atout
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français. Les langues luxembourgeoise, anglaise et allemande sont considérées comme un avantage.
