- Titulaire d’un Bachelor ou Master en économie, finance ou informatique;
- Une première expérience dans le domaine bancaire ou en tant que Business Analyst constitue un avantage.
Les compétences détaillées ci-dessous représentent un profil idéal. L’acquisition de ces compétences peut, sur base de prédispositions d’apprentissage démontrées, être effectuée par l’encadrement et la formation proposée par la Banque au cours de la prise de fonction et la période d’intégration.
**Compétences techniques**:
1. Spécificités métier et aspects réglementaires
- Compétences confirmées dans les domaines suivants:
- Pilotage/gestion de projets
- Indicateurs de mesures (KPI)
- Bonnes connaissances dans les domaines suivants:
- Fonctionnement du secteur bancaire et financier
- Marchés financiers
- Rapports d’activités (contrôle, suivi, validations)
- Analyse financière et tableaux de bords financiers
- Visualisation de données
- AML (KYC/KYT)

**Missions**:
- Mise en place de dashboards et d’indicateurs en matière de suivi de l’activité commerciale liée à la clientèle institutionnelle, corporate et private en interagissant dans une équipe multidisciplinaire sur une grande variété de sujets;
- Écoute active des chargés commerciaux afin de proposer des optimisations de produits/processus;
- Réalisation de différentes analyses et simulations en vue d’optimisation de rentabilité du département, de fonctionnement interne et de flux internes/externes;
- Gestion et suivi des projets en collaboration et coordination avec différents services de la banque, de leur phase de conception à la mise en production.
