**Vos responsabilités**:
- Gestion des opérations sur site : Vous serez responsable de la coordination quotidienne des équipes sur le terrain, en veillant à ce que toutes les activités soient menées efficacement, en toute sécurité et dans le respect des délais.
- Supervision des processus : Vous gérerez les ressources humaines sur site, répartirez les tâches et superviserez les flux de travail, garantissant le respect des procédures et normes de qualité.
- Planification et suivi des performances : Vous analyserez les performances opérationnelles, identifierez les goulots d'étranglement et mettrez en place des actions correctives pour optimiser les processus.
- Interface client : En tant que point de contact principal, vous veillerez à la satisfaction client et à la bonne exécution des projets en répondant aux attentes et en anticipant les besoins.
- Respect des réglementations locales : Vous garantirez la conformité aux législations du travail au Luxembourg (sécurité, gestion des ressources, etc.), en veillant à ce que les opérations respectent les exigences locales.
**Profil recherché**:
- Expérience **:Minimum 3 à 5 ans** d'expérience en tant qu'**Onsite Manager** ou dans un rôle similaire. Expérience en gestion d’équipe, idéalement dans un environnement **international au Luxembourg.**:
- Connaissances spécifiques **:Bonne maîtrise des réglementations du travail luxembourgeoises**, y compris les normes de sécurité et les exigences légales.
- Langues **:Maîtrise obligatoire du français et de l'allemand. **La connaissance de l'anglais et/ou du luxembourgeois est un plus.
- Compétences techniques : Connaissance des outils de gestion de projet **(MS Project, etc.)**, maîtrise des logiciels de suivi d’activités sur site et compétences en reporting.
- Soft skills : Excellentes capacités de communication, leadership, sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer le stress. Vous êtes proactif(ve) et orienté(e) résultats.
- Permis de conduire : Le permis B est requis.
