As member of the Sales Support team you will interact directly with Project Engineers to ensure in a timely manner a proper coordination and follow up of the various flows of information (schedule, reports, files) inerrant to the projects.
**Responsibilities**:
- Review Upgrade orders to ensure they are technically accurate, priced appropriately, confirm delivery commitments and properly documented to meet our customer’s expectations.
- Attend and facilitate projects kick-off meeting, ensuring that milestone commitments for the product offering are documented. Follow-up on open issues from the kick-off meeting
- Maintain and update project schedule and project data
- Secure completeness of information as per required project timeline
- Assist with various project management reports
- Assist Project Engineers in their daily tasks in a courteous and efficient manner
- Other tasks and responsibilities that will be assigned from time to time
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong administrative, coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented and result driven.
- Strong organizational, planning & analytical skills
- Fluent in English
- Understanding of technical aspects will be considered an asset
