We are currently looking for an **Acquisitions & Acceptance team Assistant **to support our growing operations in the **Client Service Management **department.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as supporting point regarding the internal acceptance-process (new business)
- Work closely with the team on projects, either by taking the lead or supporting the implementation of new processes to help the team successfully achieve its goals
- Coordinate and collect data for the various teams
- Act as connecting point between Apex Sales Team and the LRI departments
- Oversight function for due diligence and KYC process (new business)
- Correspondence with intermediaries, banks, clients and internal departments
- Fluent in English, German or any another language is an asset
- 1, 2 years of financial experience in Luxemburg
- General understanding of Luxembourg Company Law and tasks of a Luxemburg managing company in the fund-industry and be willing to follow training sessions which are assessed as being necessary
- Proactive and supportive team player with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity and a positive attitude
- Well organized multitasker, analytic, with the ability to provide practical solutions
- Able to meet deadlines and to follow instructions
