Your future team
Our Acceptance team is looking for an administrative assistant to support the team in various administrative tasks for a one-year fixed-term contract.
Your next challenge
- Handle all daily operational tasks
- Provide administrative support in the acceptance process of services
- Assist with the maintenance of data entered into our systems and files (input, review and update)
- Undertake compliance processes (monitoring, checks and follow up)
Your skills
- You are graduated in a bachelor degree or Bac + 2 (preferably in business, finance or accounting)
- Be available for 12 months
- Fluency in French plus proficiency in English or vice versa
- Strong analytical, technical, and organizational skills
- Capacity to manage priorities and deadlines and to act autonomously with a sense of initiative
- You demonstrate ability to work under time pressure
- You are able to learn quickly and to work in a team environment
- You are familiar with the need for confidentiality and discretion
- Excel, Word and PPT proficient
