**About the Role**:
For our **Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg**, we are currently looking for a **Project Manager** to work in **Material Management **for **Raw Materials**.
In this role, being a **material manager operative expert**, you will be part of the Supplier Management Program to manage the stream of fix the core for Raw Materials including the Logistic Parameters Management, MRP Automation and Supplier Service Level Measurement.
In relation, you will be responsible to guide the definition and way of working in the material management while harmonizing and defining the process and system standards across the different geographies.
**Main Responsibilities**:
In this role, in terms of **Material Management **you will guide the detailed definition and way of working in different processes:
- By guiding the logistic parameters’ model and maintenance processes to ensure efficient and effective stock management (e.g. stock model, inventory visibility, lead times,)
- By maximizing MRP automation in order to obtain real-time information and increase agility in material requirements’ explosions and define and implement Supplier Service Level measurement.
Moreover, you will support the global roll out implementation of the above sub streams ensuring standard processes and established governance. You will contribute with best practices’ guidelines leveraging on internal stakeholders’ knowledge and expertise. In addition, you will deal with and leverage on a team of consulting to accelerate the execution of the strategy to boost the performance of the entire initiative.
With regards to **Project Planning**, you will provide support to project operating plan according to project scope, objectives and approach, defining activities, timing, responsibility for the different streams highlighting milestones and deliverables. In relation, you will discuss project plans and updates with the project leader.
In **Project Implementation**, you will cascade project plan for the different streams, coordinating these project streams while guaranteeing the correct implementation of the project plan and of the different project phases. Additionally, you will ensure the implementation of projects according to project plan and support the implementation of best practices transfer among streams / teams.
Moreover, you will facilitate the required change management to move from project to process.
In relation to **Project Monitoring**, you will monitor the state of work in terms of deliverables and timings while checking project objectives feasibility and recommending proper actions to be taken to tackle project issues.
Last but not least, you will provide periodical consolidated information to project leader.
**Who we are looking for**:
You will bring your **degree in Engineering or any Operations / Supply Chain **related field, and** 6-9 years of experience** in **material management activities and/or supply/production planning management gained in FMCG and in global, corporate, cross-matrix organizations. **Your **previous experience in material planning processes implementation** will contribute to your success in this role.
On top of this, key to your success will be your **strong planning and project management skills in complex projects with multiple streams in multinational and complex environments.**
You will bring knowledge in **Material management and planning processes of Raw Materials and Production Planning tools** that will help you meet your role’s objectives.
Having acquired** previous work experience in an Industrial/SC environment of the CPG Industry** while dealing with** change management**, will contribute to your understanding and success in the role.
