**Your field of responsibility**
Join us as a Senior Legal/Corporate Officer within our corporate governance team at Credit Suisse Fund Management S.A.. In that role, you will ensure efficient and high-quality execution of corporate legal and administration tasks. These will include the management of the corporate lifecycle of funds, the management company and holding structures; dealing with day-to-day administration duties related to governance and domiciliation matters; and developing more junior officers through coaching and mentoring. You will ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and internal requirements and maintain robust corporate files. It is the ideal opportunity to work in close collaboration with senior management and the board of directors where you will be encouraged to act as a trusted partner.

**Your skills and experience**
**We are looking for**:
- Master or bachelor’s degree in law or economics, Law degree would be an asset
- Working experience (min 7 years) in a similar position in the corporate, legal or asset management environment in Luxembourg
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg investment funds and commercial companies law
- Strong focus on details, well organized and proactive, ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Pro-active approach with a strong sense of teamwork
- Proficiency in English language (both written and verbal), an additional language would be considered an asset
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- PC literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent professional and client service attitude
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspective
