**Summary**:
This is an entry level position for a junior corporate officer. In this role you will support senior officer in preparation of draft and legal documents, full company life cycle, drafting, tracking, and checking corporate legal documents and more. If you have around 1 year of previous experience in cosec field gained in Luxembourg, as an trainee/intern this role might be for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

**Key requirements**:

- Language: Fluent English; French or Italian is a plus.
- 1 year of relevant corporate or legal experience from Luxembourg.
- Degree educated, preferably in law.
- Team player.
