Clerk/ Agent Data Control

TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow-up all requests send by US-CPB and take necessary actions with Cargolux Stations worldwide and or GHA's/GSA's to get issues solved & shipments released
- Coordinate with other departments within Cargolux.
- Proceed with shipments status checks for every flight to or through the United States.
- Instruct and share processes with the handling agent and Cargolux Stations.
- Assist customers & Cargolux Stations when required
- Keep all the parties informed about the status/condition of their freight status
- Maintain records of activities
- Ensure system updates & transmissions are processed in due time
- Contribute to team effort
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- At least a general school leaving certificate of secondary education or equivalent (e.g. A-Level, BAC, Abitur)
- Be fluent in English, French and German. Luxembourgish will be considered as an advantage
- Have good knowledge of standard IT products, MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to work on shifts in a team or alone
- Ability to establish and maintain good customer relations
- Ability to perform error free and without direct supervision
- Strong time management skills and being able to perform tasks within tight deadlines
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Temporary position of 24 months
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
- Willing to work on shifts 24/7/365.
- Position based in Luxembourg.
- Occasional travel required within the entire Cargolux network.
