L’Université du Luxembourg est une université de recherche internationale qui se distingue par son caractère multilingue et interdisciplinaire.

La Faculté des Sciences Humaines, des Sciences Sociales et des Sciences de l’Education recrute un **Study programme specialist.**

**Rôle...**:
La personne assurera, en étroite collaboration avec la direction des programmes d’études et l’administration, la coordination de programmes d’études de la Faculté des Sciences Humaines, des Sciences Sociales et des Sciences de l’Education.

**Tâches**
- Représentation de la formation lors de manifestations d’information au sein et à l’extérieur de l’université
- Coordination du programme d’études
- Support lors de la communication avec les universités partenaires ainsi qu’avec les instituts non-universitaires et des institutions culturelles
- Organisation académique de la mobilité, conseil aux étudiants « sortants » et « entrants », communication avec les universités partenaires
- Support dans le domaine de la mobilité des étudiants
- Support lors de l’établissement et l’administration du budget
- Rédaction de rapport annuel et de rapports extraordinaires (évaluation interne, inscriptions, développement de la mobilité)
- Participation aux réunions internes (rédaction de compte-rendu)
- Administration de la plate-forme Moodle
- Gestion et animation des réseaux de diplômés

**Profil...**:

- Diplôme universitaire dans le domaine des sciences humaines et/ou des sciences sociales
- Excellente maîtrise des quatre langues usuelles du pays (français, allemand, luxembourgeois, anglais)
- Expérience dans la mise en œuvre de procédures
- Excellentes capacités organisationnelles
- Bonne connaissance des outils bureautiques et de l’usage des bases de données
- Une expérience dans le secteur universitaire (administratif) ou la connaissance des structures du cursus et formations serait un atout.
- Goût de travail en équipe et compétences communicatives en contexte multilingue, interdisciplinaire et multiculturel
