We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Specialist Key Account to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our key clients. You will actively contribute to the implementation of our hospitality strategy and help us achieve our organizational goals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work autonomously within the delegated scopes, projects, and tasks assigned by the International Key Account Manager (IKAM), including the preparation of major impact tasks ready for decision-making, recommendations, and self-governed small to mid-size projects.
- Contribute to the future development of sales regions by conducting guided potential analyses.
- Facilitate, prepare, and assist in the specification and quotation of projects.
- Influence customers' table-top equipment concepts, particularly for chain establishments and concept specifications.
- Possess a strong personality with a high level of focus and determination to succeed, maintaining a "never give up" attitude and mindset.
- Exhibit excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills (training will be provided, including on-the-job coaching).
- Show willingness and a strong affinity for learning and successfully managing complex decision-maker constellations in customer projects.
- Diligently research, propose, and convincingly argue complex project specifications, including alternative propositions and iterations with potentially hundreds of different stock keeping units (SKU) per project. Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce Field Service Optimization (FOW) is required.
- Display curiosity and a willingness to work in a multicultural business environment.
- Possess a positive service-oriented attitude and mindset, providing consultation and support to clients.
- Be willing to travel to customer locations for important decision-making processes.
- Collaborate effectively as a team player with excellent social skills, integrating into an international and diverse Hospitality Sales team.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent proficiency in English is mandatory, with at least two additional languages also being mandatory (German, French, Spanish, or others).
- Exhibit enthusiasm, persuasiveness, self-confidence, eloquence, a fact-driven approach, and the ability to convince others while maintaining a strong customer-centric focus on service and solutions.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge and the ability to quickly adapt to all IT solutions and possibilities related to accounting, procurement, customer and sales management.
- Sound knowledge of the usage and abilities to explore and leverage these tools for optimal outcomes.
