MANPOWER Luxembourg SA recruits for one of its clients, a well known bank, located in Kirchberg:
Governance Assistant (M/F/x)
6-month contract + extensions

**MAIN DUTIES**:
Follow-up of Governance files;
Scheduling and coordination meetings, events and other similar activities;
Handling correspondences and administrative tasks related;
Coordinating and resolving day-to-day administrative problems & works;
Performing multifaceted general office support;
Follow up of department archives;
**Maintenance of corporate files in good order**: preparing, filing and organizing the storage of corporate legal documents;
Preparation of Commissions/Committees and Board Meetings agendas & Minutes;
Support the Governance & HR Manager and Officer in projects and tasks;
Assist in Governance Policies/Procedures review;
Keeping up to date with any regulations or policies that might affect the bank;
**SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS**:
At least 6 months experience in a similar position is required;
A first experience or studies in the legal field is a plus
Bac + 2 required
Fluency in English and Portuguese. French is considered as a plus;
Communications skills and problems solving;
Organizational skills; Discretion with confidential information;
Able to work independently;
Good use of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat;
