**Apleona **is a leading facilities' management group in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. We manage real estate in all asset classes in over 30 countries, offer installation and fit-out services, and manage and maintain facilities. That's why we're now looking for an **Key Account Manager **to join our teams and take responsibility for a Key Client portfolio in the banking sector on operational, financial, and human aspects.
Therefore, you will be responsible for the following activities:
- Performance:_
- Ensuring proper and timely reporting as required (internal, ICC, local clients...)
- Identifying savings opportunities in the contract / or at the client
- Developing new business opportunities with existing and new Client
- Annually define BAAT to define how to achieve the set objectives
- Be accountable for the financial performance, steering the involved Site Managers, reviewing and presenting monthly closing results.
- People:_
- Steer and coach all related site managers and, if applicable, support personnel
- Ensure the most efficient and profitable resource allocation for contract set-ups (including recruitments, replacements, and back-ups)
- Collaborate with HR to ensure proper people-related follow up (trial period, temp contracts, litigation...)
- Operational:_
- Negotiating contracts to maximize profitability according to the objectives
- SPOC to the customer's local and contractual management
- Overall responsibility for the continuous development and enhancement of existing processes
- Be accountable for the non-financial performance, steering the involved Site Managers: deliverables, health, safety of Apleona personnel, quality, customer SLA and customer satisfaction
**Profile required**:
- Higher degree in business administration, management, or related
- More than 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Fluent in German and English
