**Area Sales Manager (m/w/d) - Region Saarland & surroundings - Full time & permanent contract
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company's sales and growth objectives as defined in the personal appraisal plan drawn up at the start of the year or contract.
- Manage relationships with existing customers (direct customers or distributors) and develop new business partnerships.
- Monitor upcoming projects, and regularly inform the Sales Director Germany upstream of project progress, with a precise timetable.
- Identify sales and product development opportunities to meet customer needs.
- Working closely with the Purchasing, Design & Customer Service teams.
- Participate in events (trade shows, workshops, etc) to develop relationships with customers and business partners.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, competition, and market trends.
- Establish business trips & budgets with the Sales Director Germany.
**Skills / Experience
- A Previous experience in the hotel or catering industry, in sales or F&B teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
- Valid driving licence and own car
- German & English language skills are mandatory, French would be an asset
