As Graphic Designer & Communication Officer for our European headquarters, counting with 75

employees, you will be part of our talented marketing team and under the supervision of our Senior

Marketing Manager. You will play a key role to execute communication strategies to promote our

brand and products to increase brand awareness, building customer loyalty, and ultimately increasing

sales. You will work closely with various departments such as Sales & Customer service to assist our

marketing initiatives are aligned with company objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and create visual content for all marketing materials printed and digital;
- Create powerful & inspirational content for internal and external communication;
- Take creative responsibility for all communication projects;
- Maintain the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels, and make sure our visual guidelines are respected;
- Edit photos/videos, retouch, and post‐production;
- Maintain and organise content production file archives;
- Stay up‐to‐date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and communication.

**Skills / Experience**
- A bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree in graphic design;
- At least 3 years’ experience as a graphic designer in multimedia environment;
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator,...) & IA generative Adobe Firefly;
- Strong ability in copywriting;
- Familiar with digital workflows, including compression and delivery of projects via various multimedia formats and channels (YouTube, Instagram, and other streaming media services...);
- A strong aesthetic & creativity sense;
- Accuracy & attention to details;
- Strong communication & collaboration skills;
- Ability to work independently & manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Excellent team player with a collaborative approach;
- Experience in development of on & offline product catalogues would be an asset;
- Fluent in French, German and English, both written and verbal. Any other European language would be an asset.
