- und Real Estate-Investments, tätig. Zu unseren Kunden zählen internationale Vermögensverwalter, Kreditinstitute, Versicherungen und Asset Manager sowie Family Offices, Private Equity-Gesellschaften, Versorgungswerke und Pensionskassen. In unserer täglichen Arbeit gehen Tradition, Innovation und Internationalität Hand in Hand. Dabei agieren wir in kleinen Teams mit vielfältigen Gestaltungsspielräumen für jeden Einzelnen.

Für den Aufbau unseres neuen Teams Middle Office am Standort Munsbach in Luxemburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin einen Specialist (m/w/d) Middle Office.

DEINE AUFGABEN
- Du fungierst als Bindeglied und Koordinator zwischen Fonds/Investoren/Investments und den hausinternen Abteilungen
- Auf Basis der Informationen von Zielinvestments erstellst Du Cashflowplanungen für diverse Fondsvehikel
- Du koordinierst Zahlungen und übernimmst die Prüfung der Anlageobergrenze
- Du verantwortest die Koordination strukturweiter Prozesse und Fragestellungen im Rahmen des Vertriebsprozesses und des Onboardings von Neukunden
- Du unterstützt bei der Neukundenakquise im Rahmen von RfPs
- Du steuerst das prozessuale Onboarding von Neukunden zwischen H&A-Einheiten
- Du kümmerst Dich um die Einhaltung, Harmonisierung und Verbesserung interner und externer Prozesse und übernimmst eine aktive Rolle in der Weiterentwicklung von Arbeitsanweisungen sowie deren Umsetzung

DEIN PROFIL
- Du verfügst über ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du hast bereits umfassende Kenntnisse im Umfeld eines in Luxemburg ansässigen Finanzdienstleisters mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position oder Funktion gesammelt
- Du bist mit den Abläufen im Lebenszyklus von Investmentvehikeln im Sachwertbereich vertraut und verfügst über entsprechende Fähigkeiten, prozessuale Zusammenhänge zu erkennen
- MS-Office Produkte und Präsentationstechniken nutzt Du routiniert und sicher
- Deutsch und Englisch beherrschst Du in Wort und Schrift
- Du zeichnest Dich durch Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Teamgeist sowie ein sicheres, verbindliches und freundliches Auftreten aus
- Du arbeitest unternehmerisch, praxisbezogen, zielorientiert, bist analytisch sowie methodisch sicher und findest Dich schnell in neue Aufgabengebiete ein
- Du bist belastbar, zuverlässig, kreativ und verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Du erledigst Aufgaben gerne eigenverantwortlich und arbeitest gerne in einem Team
