For our private banking activities in Luxembourg, we are currently looking to recruit a:
**Middle Office Payments Officer**

**Permanent Contract**

**Role and Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Head of Operations, the role holder will deal with the following tasks:

- Cash Fund transfer
- Cash and Fund investigation
- Front Office support
- RMA Management and strategic project management

**Principal accountabilities**:

- Timely and accurate processing of client instructions
- Timely and accurate communication support for clients
- Reporting, control as and when required
- Assist & support the FO on a daily basis regarding escalated issues
- Support & advice to ensure timely and accurate completion of customer’s instructions
- Provide adequate expert support reporting software
- Streamline the processes in Business Services by leveraging on the best practices available in the Group and market to maximize resource utilization
- Ensure the appropriateness of operational processes
- Monitor the operational activities
- Minimize customer’s complaints

**Professional Skills and Experience**:
Banking experience in a support function particularly in payments and middle office activities
- Ability to work under pressure
- Eagerness to learn and progress
- Customers and system oriented
- PC literate (MS Office suite)
- Bilingual French / English
