Dein Beitrag:

- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Experten der Fachabteilungen identifizierst Du neuer Geschäftsfelder zur Unterstützung der Unternehmensstrategie.
- Du prüfst das Produktportfolio und bist für dessen Anpassung und Erweiterung verantwortlich.
- Die aktive Beobachtung des Marktes sowie die Analyse der Marktentwicklungen, sowie des Wettbewerbs fallen in Deinen Aufgabenbereich.
- Du kümmerst Dich um die strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer Vertriebsausrichtung sowie unserer Geschäftsfelder.
- Du erstellst regelmäßig Reports und Präsentationen, bearbeitest Sonderthemen für die Geschäftsleitung und bereitest strategische Entscheidungen vor.
- Du übernimmst Projekte und kommunizierst dafür intensiv mit anderen Abteilungen im Unternehmen.

Das bringst Du mit:

- Du hast ein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften abgeschlossen oder bringst eine ähnliche Qualifikation mit.
- Idealerweise hast Du bereits Berufserfahrung in der Strategieberatung oder im Bereich Business Development, vorzugsweise in der Pharmabranche sammeln können.
- Du bringst ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement, sowie bereichsübergreifendes Denken und Koordinationsgeschick mit.
- Kommunikationsstärke, Zahlenaffinität und analytische Fähigkeiten zählst Du zu Deinen Stärken genauso wie Engagement, Eigeninitiative und Dienstleistungsbereitschaft.
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse gehören genau so zu Dir wie Deine guten Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse (B2).
- Du bist gerne unterwegs und bist bereit bis zu 10 % Deiner Zeit zu reisen.
