As a member of the Sales Team, you're responsible for the success of jobs.lu and our customers

Your tasks

As an Inside Sales you will:

  • Work on a portfolio of B2B customers and prospects, from hunting to closing deals by phone
  • Advise customers on their recruitment needs (single point of contact)
  • Cooperate closely with the customer service to implement our services
  • You sell by calling proactively the jobs.lu products, day by day, to every kind of companies, bringing job seekers and employers together
  • Work with monthly targets based on your call activity and your invoiced sales
  • Search for initiatives to grow your sales activities

Your profile

We need an Inside Sales who has:

  • A Heart that beats faster when it can play with our clients and prospects
  • A Brain that works better when it can close deals
  • An Energy who drives you to reach your KPI's, deadlines and monthly targets
  • A Mind that gets more beautiful when it can work on sales initiatives and give advice to clients
  • A Body that moves smoother in a B2B Environment
  • A Tongue that speaks fluent English and French. German and Luxembourgish is a plus
