Your next challenge:
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing, implementing, and enhancing learning solutions with a focus on functional, regulatory, and technical training.
- Collaborating with internal clients and HR Business Partners to identify skills development needs.
- Driving best practices in learning needs analysis, design, development, and delivery.
- Managing the relationship with external training vendors.
- Innovating learning technologies and formats.
- Monitoring training activities, defining relevant KPIs, and enhancing the learner's experience.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in training management.
- Experience in skills development within HR or other departments.
- Proficiency in developing training processes and policies.
- Strong project and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable with learning technologies and tools.
- Updated on training approaches and learning methods.
