Join the expanding Regulatory Services Team in Luxembourg in the role of AML Manager.
As a member of a skilled team, you will be accountable for delivering Alter Domus' top-notch suite of solutions to a client portfolio.
YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Head of Regulatory Services in daily management, ensuring top-quality service;
- Manage day-to-day operations of a cross-jurisdiction KYC sub-team comprising approximately 10 Officers and Senior Officers;
- Engage directly with clients, investors, oversight staff, fund Boards, acceptance committees, and compliance teams;
- Supervise investor onboarding and ongoing KYC review processes;
- Follow up on KYC missing information with Relationship Management teams, clients, and investors;
- Maintain KYC information in all relevant systems;
- Ensure Monthly and Quarterly KPI reporting to clients;
- Drive operational implementation of regulatory updates;
- Review processes and make necessary adjustments;
- Provide regular KPIs to senior management, setting up follow-up packs for discussion in various committees;
- Evaluate team members, create development and training plans;
- Assist in reviewing formal documents such as subscription and services agreements, AML/Comfort Letters, etc.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Hold a degree in law, finance, or economics;
- Have 6-8 years of Compliance experience, particularly in AML/KYC (preferably in transfer agency);
- Display a keen interest in regulatory and compliance matters;
- Possess strong communication and relationship management skills;
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of additional languages is a plus;
- Enjoy collaborating in a team and thinking creatively;
- Results-driven individual;
- Balance autonomy with attention to detail.
