Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients du secteur public, situé au Luxembourg, un Helpdesk IT (F/H).
Vos missions seront les suivantes.
1. Installation du matériel informatique.
2. Traitement et documentation des demandes de service et gestion d'incidents :
S'assurer que la demande est de sa compétence. Assurer un suivi total de la résolution de l'incident (traçage et système de ticket y compris mentionner le suivi dans l'outil mis à disposition. Résoudre si possible l'incident par téléphone ou par email. Préparer le cas échéant une intervention sur site. 3. Assistance sur site ou à distance pour les différentes entités : Maintenance préventive du matériel informatique. Remplacement du matériel défectueux (ordinateurs, écrans, périphériques). Installation des ordinateurs sur base d'images prédéfinies. Installation des mises à jour sur les ordinateurs. Installation d'ordinateurs (mise en place, connexion réseau, câblage). Transport de matériel informatique bureautique. Installation pilotes imprimantes, scanner et autres périphériques. Escalade et coordination des incidents vers les différentes équipes et vers les prestataires externes Assister à l'installation et au démontage des infrastructures informatiques bureautiques dans les différentes administrations.-
