We are delighted to present an opportunity with an esteemed international law firm searching for a Legal Secretary. The structure is human sized, allowing close collaboration with the management.
Established in Luxembourg for a decade, our client enjoys a prestigious reputation in the market, offering a high-level expertise to his clients.
The firm's location is perfect to enjoy good food and going shopping during lunch breaks. If you are using public transports, the office is easily reachable by bus or tramway, which allows you to avoid parking spot issues or traffic jam.
The firm's culture is founded on human values and mutual respect, with no overtime expected from the Support team.
Your Responsibilities | Legal - Support – Law Firm
- You will welcome clients both over the phone and in person.
- You may arrange travels, business lunches including restaurant reservations, taxi bookings, hotel accommodations.
- You will prepare the meeting room and ensure that everything is ready for the meeting.
- Writing emails with partner instructions and organizing partner's schedules will be part of your daily tasks.
- You will be responsible for RCS registration, updating the database, and collecting KYC documents.
Profile and Career Path | Legal – Support – Law Firm
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a law firm to adapt yourself easily to your work environment.
- You are a good listener and take time when you work, which helps you to limit mistakes.
- You have knowledge of KYC, and you would like to learn more about it, which will facilitate your understanding of relevant topics.
- You possess good communication skills and can write emails and documents perfectly, without grammatical errors. This ensures effective communication with the clients.

- You will receive an attractive salary of up to € 60,000 gross per year, along with meal vouchers.
