Dans le cadre de notre collaboration avec un **cabinet d'avocats moderne situé à Luxembourg Ville,** nous recherchons actuellement un profil **Legal Secretary** pour seconder les personnes en charge des tâches paralégales de l'étude. Ce cabinet créé il y a maintenant de nombreuses années jouit d'une **excellente réputation sur le marché luxembourgeois et international,** notamment de par son expertise poussée, en effet, le gérant de ce cabinet a à cœur de s'entourer de personne très qualifiées.
Cette expertise et réputation, a permis de pouvoir créer un **environnement de travail agréable et stable**. Les équipes ont une ancienneté relativement importante par rapport à la moyenne du marché luxembourgeois. **Vos responsabilités **| Legal Assistant - Juridique - Law - Legal**
- Vous vous occupez de l'accueil des clients au sein du cabinet et la gestion de la réception de manière générale.
- Gestion des différents contacts avec les notaires, et institutions étatiques.
- Vous vous chargez de la facturation des avocats et ce en temps et en heure.
- Gestion de l'agenda et organisation de voyages professionnels.
- Préparation de différents documents légaux et traduction ponctuelle.
**Profil et parcours **| Legal Assistant - Juridique - Law - Legal**
- Vous disposez d'un diplôme Bac +3 en droit ou équivalent.
- Vous parlez couramment le Français et avez un bon niveau en Anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit.
- Vous avez une **première expérience** de **minimum une année** au sein d'un cabinet d'avocats au Luxembourg.
- Vous avez une personnalité dynamique et êtes de nature extravertie.

- Une rémunération annuelle pouvant atteindre **45.000€ bruts,** en fonction de votre niveau d'études et d'expérience. Un temps plein est demandé pour ce rôle.
