Legal Secretary – Cabinet d'Avocats Prestigieux et Respecteux
Nous avons le privilège d'accompagner un des cabinets d'avocats les plus prestigieux du Luxembourg et dans le monde. Très réputé sur le marché, notre client propose une multitude de services dans le droit du contentieux, le droit bancaire et financier, le droit des fonds d'investissement et bien plus encore. Le cabinet est actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) Legal Secretary pour accompagner une équipe d'avocats, en étroite collaboration avec d'autres assistants.

L'équipe est très diversifiée comptant parmi elle des profils juniors tout comme des profils bien plus expérimentés. Il est important de souligner que peu importe le grade de chacun le respect est primordial au sein du cabinet.
Vos responsabilités | Legal Secretary – Cabinet d'avocats – Juridique – Assistant
- Vous serez responsable de la gestion d'agendas pour les avocats du département.
- Vous organiserez des voyages réservation de taxis, hôtels, restaurants) mais également des rendez-vous pour les avocats avec lesquels vous travaillerez.
- La rédaction de mails et de documents sous les indications des avocats fera partie de votre quotidien.
- Vous assurerez la réception téléphonique des clients et des différents appels internes.
- Vous vous occuperez aussi de certaines tâches administratives comme du classement et de l'archivage. Vous êtes aussi impliqué dans l'ouverture de nouveaux dossiers pour les avocats.
Profil et parcours | Legal Secretary – Cabinet d'avocats – Juridique – Assistant
- Vous avez une première expérience dans un poste similaire en cabinet d'avocat afin d'être à votre aise au sein de votre nouveau rôle. Nous considérons des candidats ayant jusqu'à 5 ans d'expérience dans ce type d'environnement.
- Vous vous considérez comme une personne proactive et organisée de sorte à ne pas être rapidement débordé par vos différentes missions.
- Vous avez une bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais afin de pouvoir communiquer autant avec vos collègues qu'avec les clients. Le luxembourgeois et l'allemand constituent un atout.
- Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des logiciels usuels comme Microsoft Office.
