Currently, for our office in Luxembourg, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Oversight Officer to join our Oversight team. We offer a vibrant international corporate environment and personalized training plans tailored to your career growth.
Position Summary:
- Execute departmental processes to ensure smooth operation of delegated activities on a daily/monthly/quarterly basis related to fund administration and transfer agent functions.
- As a Senior Officer, you will have the opportunity to partake in training sessions to enhance your existing skills and develop new ones.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day controls on delegated functions of fund entities, including NAV reports, reconciliations, reporting, audits, KPI monitoring.
- Contribute to the enhancement of the Oversight function.
- Monitor delegated operational tasks through diligence activities, KPI reviews, and operational reports.
- Ensure timely reporting, rectification of identified issues, and implementation of preventive measures.
- Participate in process reviews, creation, or implementation of new delegation models.
- Offer guidance to junior colleagues and serve as a dependable backup for the manager when required.
- Enhance operational efficiencies and contribute to various projects.
Your Profile:
- Hold an academic degree, preferably in Accounting & Finance or Economics.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the fund industry in Luxembourg.
- Proficiency in English (French or other languages are a plus).
- Strong understanding of financial markets, funds industry, and Alternative Investment Funds.
- High IT literacy, particularly with MS Office suite.
