Oversight officer (m/f)

Possibilité de travailler à 80%

Votre rôle :

En tant que membre de l'équipe « Operations & Oversight » composée de deux personnes, vos missions consistent à :

  • mettre en œuvre le cadre général des due diligence initiales et continues
  • analyser les rapports fournis par les délégataires et partenaires commerciaux : gestionnaires de portefeuille, distributeurs, administration centrale, banque dépositaire, etc.
  • rédiger les rapports de due diligence
  • adapter les questionnaires de due diligence aux évolutions réglementaires
  • analyser les indicateurs clés de performance
  • contribuer au maintien du cadre de procédural relatif à la surveillance de la délégation
  • contribuer au contrôle des opérations quotidiennes des fonds d'investissement gérés
  • préparer des rapports aux instances dirigeantes de la société et des fonds d'investissement

Votre profil :

  • Vous êtes diplômé(e) de l'enseignement supérieur spécialisé en droit ou en finance (de niveau Licence, Université, Ecole de commerce)
  • Vous disposez d'une expérience d'au moins cinq ans dans le domaine des fonds d'investissement ou de l'audit des fonds d'investissement
  • Vous disposez d'une excellente connaissance des différents acteurs et parties prenantes dans le domaine des fonds d'investissement
  • Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de MS Office et des outils d'analyse/gestion
  • Vous avez d'excellentes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse
  • Vous êtes rigoureux et organisé
  • Vous avez un bon esprit d'équipe
  • Vous avez de solides capacités d'expression claire et concise tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral
  • Vous maitrisez parfaitement le français et l'anglais tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
