SENIOR FUND OVERSIGHT OFFICER (M/F)
DO Recruitment Advisors is delighted to recruit on behalf of an European-based AIFM, a SENIOR FUND OVERSIGHT OFFICER (M/F). The AIFM is currently managing Private Equity and Private Debt strategies. The office is composed of 10 people and will continue to grow.

THE JOB

  • Liaise with internal parties and external delegates to ensure all processes related to the administration of the funds managed by the AIFM run smoothly;
  • Monitor the delegates, perform due diligence review and assess KPIs.
  • Lead and maintain the fund crossborder registration process.
  • Be in charge of reviewing NAV calculation and validating financial reporting performed by service providers as well as monitor portfolio transactions.
  • Ensure the timely production of operational and regulatory reports for various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to projects to improve operational flows, efficiencies and costs.

THE CANDIDATE

  • Master in Finance, Economics or equivalent
  • At least 45 years of relevant experience gained in a PE house or in a service provider with a significant amount of exposure to alternative fund accounting. Exposure to TA and Custody is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of illiquid alternative investments funds.
  • Experience in overseeing third party service providers and administrators is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in English, French or German is an advantage.
  • Solid communication skills, capable of dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
