Pour l'un de nos clients, une Institution Européenne située à Luxembourg Kirchberg, Sofitex Talent recherche actuellement un :

Coordinateur d'Audit

La mission principale du candidat retenu consistera à coordonner les audits et évaluations réalisés sur les activités de l'institution (internes et/ou externes) et à travailler sur des projets spécifiques de contrôle interne.

Réseau opérationnel :

Le Coordinateur d'Audit travaillera au sein de l'Unité de Coordination des Audits, faisant partie de la division Audit et Affaires Institutionnelles, en étroite collaboration avec tous les services internes concernés.

Responsabilités :

Audit & Évaluation

  • Contribuer au bon déroulement des missions d'audit/évaluation en termes de planification, de calendrier et d'organisation entre les audités et les auditeurs, en veillant à ce que les documents clés soient fournis ;
  • Assister à la mise en place d'une approche coordonnée pour les missions d'audit menées par les auditeurs externes et internes, les États membres et la Commission européenne sur les activités connexes ;
  • Veiller à ce que les audits et évaluations soient coordonnés selon les procédures applicables ;
  • Assurer un suivi proactif de toutes les questions d'audit. En particulier, il doit collaborer activement avec les services internes concernés pour que les différentes recommandations d'audit soient mises en œuvre de manière rapide et efficace.

Projets d'Audit

  • Participer à l'établissement de rapports spéciaux de contrôle interne (AUP, ISAE, etc.) et à la collecte d'informations auprès des différents départements ;
  • Assurer le bon déroulement de chaque projet (en termes de planification, de calendrier et d'organisation).
Profil recherché

Qualifications :

  • Diplôme universitaire de préférence de niveau post-universitaire en Finance/Économie/Comptabilité. Une qualification professionnelle (par ex. CIA) serait un avantage ;
  • Entre 2 et 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle solide, acquise (i) en audit externe ou en contrôle interne au sein d'un grand cabinet d'audit international ou dans le secteur bancaire/financier. Bonne compréhension du marché financier et des aspects liés aux risques opérationnels. Une connaissance du Private Equity, de la Finance Structurée et/ou des politiques de l'UE (par ex. fonds structurels, aides d'État) serait un avantage ;
  • Bonnes compétences informatiques ;
  • Anglais courant, à l'écrit comme à l'oral. Bonne maîtrise du français et/ou d'autres langues de l'UE serait un avantage.

Type de contrat : Mission temporaire de 2 mois avec possibilité de prolongation par la suite.
