Votre rôle :
Aux côtés d'un Project Manager confirmé, vous intervenez sur des projets tertiaires en parachèvement total : aménagement d'espaces de bureaux et lieux de travail professionnels.
Vous serez responsable techniquement de la réalisation de A à Z de grands projets dans les délais et budgets convenus. Vous êtes présents sur les chantiers pour piloter les entreprises sous-traitantes d'un point de vue technique : présence des équipes, respect des travaux dans les normes, participation aux réunions de chantier et réalisez des comptes-rendus auprès des bureaux d'études, du service vente, de la planification et la production.
Au fur et à mesure que vous prendrez de l'ampleur dans ce poste, vous pourrez être amené à négocier et à passer les commandes auprès des fournisseurs et des sous-traitants. De plus, sous contrôle du Project Manager, vous pourrez vérifier les facturations.
Votre profil :
- Vous détenez une formation technique supérieur (Bac+2, Bachelor, Ingénieur) en construction
- Vous avez une première expérience (2 années environ) sur des projets comprenant les phases de parachèvement
- Vous parlez français obligatoirement ; des notions en anglais et/ou néerlandais et/ou allemand pourraient constituer des avantages
- Vous maitrisez les logiciels MS Office et idéalement un logiciel de planification (MS Project ou Navision)
- Vous êtes passionnés par la technique et la coordination, vous êtes bon communicants, et avez un bon esprit d'équipe.
