We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Associate Director to join our team at Axis. As a key member of our tax department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our tax strategy and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of investment projects across various jurisdictions, from acquisition to disposal.
- Coordinate tax due diligence processes with external advisors for new acquisitions and disposals.
- Collaborate closely with other departments in Luxembourg and London to drive business growth.
- Review acquisition and sale documentation, including tax implications for funds and investment structures.
- Design tax-efficient structures for equity contributions and repatriation, working with external advisors.
- Review corporate documentation, including intra-group loans, and provide tax intelligence to inform business decisions.
- Master's degree in Tax, Economics, Finance, or Business Law.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tax transactions within an investment management company, consulting firm, or accounting firm.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional foreign languages are a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
