We are seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team in Luxembourg. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing business knowledge, executing business process analysis, and developing business process models and architectures. This role requires extensive collaboration with stakeholders to translate their requirements into actionable documentation and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities- Stakeholder Engagement: Organize and conduct interviews and meetings with stakeholders to capture business knowledge and gather requirements.
- Business Process Analysis (BPA): Perform As-Is mapping, To-Be modeling, gap analysis, and draft business cases to support organizational goals.
- Documentation & Modelling: Develop, document, and communicate business process models, business requirements, and business architecture artifacts using BPM frameworks (e.g., ENGAGE BPA).
- BPM Framework Management: Use, maintain, and improve the BPM framework, including processes, tools, and notation languages (e.g., BPMN, EPC, Archimate, UML).
- Tool Administration: Manage tools, repositories, and documents related to business analysis and design.
- Stakeholder Approval: Establish procedures to obtain stakeholder acceptance of deliverables, ensuring clarity and accuracy in documentation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (each year of experience can substitute for 2 years of professional experience).
- Certifications: Familiarity with ARIS Business Designer or similar standard modelling tools.
- Technical Expertise:
- Practical experience in using modelling and analysis tools.
- Knowledge of modelling languages and notations (e.g., BPMN, EPC, Archimate, UML).
- Capacity to document complex business and IT environments.
- Knowledge of gap analysis techniques.
- Ability to use project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
- Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in business analysis and business process modeling.
- Experience in business process improvement and management (BPM).
- Experience in roles such as Business Architect, Business Process Analyst, or Business Designer.
- Languages: Proficient in English and French (C level according to the Europass Language Passport).
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to see the overall picture.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a methodical approach.
- Experience in project management and knowledge of project management methodologies.
