As a Customer Service Team member in Contract Logistics, we are seeking a new colleague for our Contern branch in Luxembourg. Your Role

As a member of the Customer Service team, you will serve as the main point of contact for customers and carriers, collaborating closely with the Warehouse Manager and warehouse colleagues.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage order processing and maintain master data in the Warehouse Management System to ensure smooth operations;
  • Oversee daily operations in internal and external warehouses, coordinating inbound and outbound processes;
  • Promote collaboration and communication among departments, customers, and warehouse staff for efficient operations;
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and handle deviations in deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Generate value through report creation and maintenance, including volume analyses and Key Performance Indicators, in preparation for Business Reviews and billing;
  • Monitor each shipment meticulously from start to finish, taking into account special customer processes;
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by improving quality standards and internal processes, contributing to Continuous Improvement initiatives;
  • Embrace Operational Excellence by upholding standards, engaging in team meetings, and fostering Continuous Improvement with customers.
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Prior experience in Logistics or a related industry, with a focus on exceptional customer service;
  • Knowledge of transport/logistics and Lean Six Sigma understanding is advantageous;
  • Proficient in navigating IT systems and MS Office, especially Excel;
  • Strong teamwork, flexibility, stress management, and accountability skills;
  • Consistent delivery on critical deadlines for efficient operations;
  • Fluency in German and English is required.
