Our client is a well-known asset management company with operations across Europe. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Review property-level financial statements for assets in the UK and Europe.
  • Prepare and review financial statements for entities in Luxembourg.
  • Convert financial statements from Luxembourg GAAP to US GAAP.
  • Collaborate with corporate secretarial, legal, and audit teams, and asset management globally.
  • Manage cash flow for holding entities, including payment submissions and reviews.
  • Support asset acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Monitor leases, capital commitments, and cash flows in coordination with property management.
  • Assist with tax filings and recommend accounting methods for transactions.
  • Implement procedural or system changes and analyze controls and processes for improvements.
  • Provide financial information for statements, reports, and audits.
Qualifications:
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in Real Estate/PE or with a Big4 audit firm in Luxembourg.
  • Master's degree in finance or accounting.
  • Good understanding of LUX GAAP and US GAAP.
  • Proficiency with Yardi is advantageous.
  • Strong accounting controls experience, including financial statement reviews, cash flow management, acquisition/disposition support, and lease/capital commitment reviews.
  • Fluency in English.
