Senior Transfer agent – Meritocratic Fiduciary
Our partner is a growing fiduciary of over 200 employees in the Grand Duchy and has, over the past years, become an important and well-known structure in Luxembourg. Indeed, since its creation, this fiduciary has profited from a continuous development on all levels. As Senior Transfer Agent, your future prospect could be Manager or even Director in the years to come, meaning that you will have a real added value in the department.

Your Responsibilities | Transfer Agent – Transfer agency – Fiduciary - Finance
- As part of the team handling investment vehicles (AIF), you will be in charge of the daily management of your portfolio.
- You will serve as the main contact person for investors and respond to their inquiries. This involves processing transaction orders (e.g. transfers, redemptions, conversion) as well as dividend distributions.
- You issue and transmit records to investors, including capital notices, contract notes, convening notices (shareholder meetings), holding statements, etc.
- You secure the necessary documents from investors and initiate AML/KYT due diligence through the collection of investor application forms, AML documentation, etc.
- You initiate and oversee recurrent AML investors' reviews.
- You liaise with auditors and follow up on their inquiries regarding investors' documentation.
Profile and Career Path | Transfer Agent – Transfer agency – Fiduciary - Finance
- For at least 3 years, you have been evolving as a Transfer Agent in Luxembourg (in a PFS, ManCo or Big Four) and have had exposure to alternative funds.
- You communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written. French is a strong plus.
- You would describe yourself as passionate about your field and with a real eagerness to learn.

- Financially, a very complete salary package is offered which contains numerous fringe benefits such as meal vouchers, a bonus, a contractual 13th month, gym membership, pension plan, the possibility to have a leasing and 29 days off per year. Your gross salary can reach €65.000 per year depending on your experience.
- Benefit from an underground parking spot (small financial participation) or a free and spacious P+R located close to the fiduciary's offices. Furthermore, access by public transportation is very easy.
