Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Zentralen Fondsabwicklung suchen wir zum eine/n Senior Transfer Agent (w/m/d).
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Sie übernehmen die Abwicklung von Fondsüberträgen innerhalb des gesamten Settlementzyklus (Transfers Free of payment).
- Dabei sind Sie Ansprechpartner für konzerninterne und externe institutionelle Kunden sowie für unsere Lagerstellen (Fondsgesellschaften bzw. deren TransferAgents) und Gegenparteien.
- Sie wirken mit bei der operativen Betreuung unserer fachlichen System- und Schnittstellenlandschaft in den automatischen Verarbeitungsroutinen des Übertragsprozesses.
- Auch gehören verschiedene Abstimmungsprozesse zu Ihrem Tätigkeitsfeld.
- Sie arbeiten bei konzeptionellen Themen bzw. Projektarbeit mit und hospitieren in verschiedenen Schnittstellen-Einheiten innerhalb der Deka-Gruppe.
- Nicht zuletzt erwartet Sie auch die Teilnahme an internen Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen.
Ihr Profil:
- Neben einer (Bank)-kaufmännische Ausbildung bringen Sie eine mehrjährige Erfahrung als Transfer Agent mit.
- Dabei haben Sie sich sehr gute Fachkenntnisse im Bereich der Fondsüberträge "Transfer Free of payment" angeeignet und kennen die Regeln und Abwicklungsusancen am Markt.
- Anwenderkenntnisse in den marktüblichen Abwicklungs- und Clearingsystemen wie z.B. XACT, Cascade, Swift usw. bringen Sie mit.
- Kenntnisse im regulatorischen Umfeld im Bereich CSDR runden ihr Profil ab.
- Sie punkten mit sehr guten Deutsch-Kenntnissen (mind. B2/C1) und gutem Englisch (B1/B2) sowie dem routinierten Umgang mit üblicher Standardsoftware und MS Office-Applikationen.
- Das Arbeiten und der kommunikative Austausch im Team machen Ihnen Freude.
Ihre analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten sind bemerkenswert. Sie sind offen für Neues, haben Freude an vielseitigen Arbeitsgebieten und organisieren die anstehenden Aufgaben strukturiert und selbstständig. Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit, ein hohes Maß an sozialer Kompetenz und Einsatzbereitschaft zeichnen Sie aus.
