Role & Key Responsibilities:
- Be the point of contact for Clients, Investors and Group offices as well as internal departments, such as Payments Team, Compliance, Fund Accounting.
- Collect, analyse and place the investors' instructions received in Transfer Agency for your Fund. These instructions include inter alia Subscriptions, Redemptions, Switches, Transfers, Capital Calls, Dividends and Return of Capital events.
- Working with different TA systems including eFront, Yardi, ManTra, and Investran.
- Maintenance of the Fund's Registers for an allocated number of Clients.
- Managing a number of dedicated mailboxes for internal and external stake holders.
- Payment preparation on a number of banking platforms.
- Be Client focussed and strive to provide excellence in the service to Investors, internal and external Clients.
- Prepare and review the daily/monthly/adhoc Fund Reporting as well as the necessary Client reporting include KPI and Board Reports.
- Maintain the data of the Funds in the different TA systems.
- Setup of new funds in the TA systems as well preparing special events, such as fund launches, migrations and liquidations.
- Act in respect of the regulatory framework, the internal procedures, guidelines and code of conduct.
- Prepare and check audit requests for the Fund's clients and the Fund itself.
kills Required:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in transfer agency operations in a dealing role or in the Luxembourg fund services industry, preferably regarding investment funds for both open and closed (UCITS, Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Estate).
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- System knowledge of eFront, Yardi, Investran and ManTra is an asset
- Excellent communication skills and a client focused mindset;
- Good interpersonal skills and sense of teamwork.
- Be selfmotivated and eager to learn.
- An aptitude for accuracy, complexity and problem solving.
- Ability to work autonomously and remain calm under high pressure.
- Ability to deliver within agreed deadlines.
- Fluent language skills in English and any other language especially French/German considered as an advantage
