We are looking for an expert in content creation to lead a small but mighty team of writers on the Brand team in Luxembourg.
Your next challenge
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of content writers and external content creators, in developing thought leadership and valuable marketing content including social media posts, articles, research reports, whitepapers, POVs, case studies, email newsletters, web pages, reports and more that drive awareness, demand, engagement, and positions our brand as industry leading
Collaborate with Brand team and business stakeholders to define content strategy leveraging industry trends, competitor insights, audience journeys, overarching narrative and position to support brand and business growth objectives
Create strong copy and narratives that resonate and differentiate our brand and voice including advertising, social media content, one-pagers, emails, landing pages, product descriptions, pitch decks, video scripts, newsletters, internal and executive comms, headlines and more that drive engagement and build audiences
Oversee and manage projects from ideation to delivery
Explore new ways to leverage core messaging in copy; engage in rapid ideation and testing
Stay on top of emerging technologies and tools, including Generative AI, to leverage tools to scale team productivity, capacity and creativity
Conduct research on industry-related topics and keywords and create content that leverages SEO, increases web traffic, and drives client engagement
Refine system and processes to establish best practices for developing, delivering, measuring and optimizing high-value content
Your skills
5+ years of professional experience as a writer/editor/journalist preferably with experience in marketing and communications.
2+ years professional experience in B2B content development and optimization preferred2+ years managing a team
English fluency required; French or German fluency a plus
Ability to adapt messaging, depending on audience and goal
Strong understanding of product/brand positioning and messaging or communications; willingness and ability to synthesize a breadth of topics, industries and services
Strong experience developing high-impact marketing or communications materials
Good knowledge of SEO, and editing and proofreading for improved readability
Strong project management skills and deadline-oriented
Ability to implement proper citations according to the company style guide
Welcomes and easily adopts feedback
Comfortable providing feedback; ability to defend timelines and strategy
Comfortable and adept working in a matrix environment
Strong problem solver with a growth/agile mindset
Excellent storyteller
BS/BA degree required
You have exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills and possess a "figure it out" mentality. You have experience building communication and marketing content plans and deploying a "line rouge" to captivate audiences across multiple touchpoints. You thrive on being part of a creative team and building brand value. You know the difference between what it takes to get the job done, and when to go above and beyond. You are eager to develop deeper expertise in content and messaging. You will help guard the Global Deloitte voice while further honing Deloitte Luxembourg's signature. You will be responsible for taking thought leadership to the next level, aligned to firm-wide strategy. You easily navigate working with multiple stakeholders within a matrix organization while collaborating cross-functionally with colleagues.
