The Luxembourgish Government holds a 10% stake in BIL, thereby further strengthening the strategic position of the bank. The remaining 90% of BIL are owned by the Chinese investment group Legend Holdings who are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and founded the Lenovo Group. Un des éléments clé de la mission de Prévention de la Criminalité Financière (PCF) est d'effectuer la surveillance transactionnelle et réaliser des analyses indépendantes afin de protéger les actifs, la réputation de la Banque et d'assurer le respect des exigences réglementaires en lien avec le blanchiment d'argent et le financement du terrorisme.
Le métier d'Analyste en Prévention de la Criminalité Financière requiert de bonnes connaissances règlementaires et d'importantes qualités relationnelles et, en particulier, un excellent esprit d'investigation, une bonne compréhension des activités bancaires, une grande curiosité, une forte personnalité ainsi qu'une sensibilité aux différents risques à gérer (risque AML/CTF, risques de non-conformité, risques médiatiques, risques fiscaux, etc.).
Cette ouverture de poste s'inscrit dans le cadre du renforcement du pôle « Sanctions et Embargos ».
Le poste est rattaché directement au Responsable de l'équipe PCF au sein du département Compliance.

Vos responsabilités :

"Sanctions et Embargos" :

* Assurer une veille des différentes sanctions internationales applicables à la banque
* Contribuer au renforcement du dispositif « Sanctions et Embargos » actuel
* Réaliser le monitoring ex-ante des transferts Swift
* Participer au traitement des demandes des autorités
* Traiter les alertes issues de Compliance Monitoring et gérer les demandes d'informations reçues des banques correspondantes

"Reporting et participation aux projets" :

* Participer aux projets réglementaires et aux initiatives métiers
* Prendre en charge des missions ponctuelles à la demande de la hiérarchie sur les volets AML/CTF et Sanctions Embargos
* Contribuer au déploiement de la culture Compliance, assurer la sensibilisation du personnel et se tenir à la disposition des agents pour toute demande d'information en la matière
