YOUR ROLE
In this key role, you will actively contribute to the growth in Luxembourg for Private & Public Sector by delivering high-quality client service, proposing innovative solutions, and developing long-lasting client relationships.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to analyze client needs and identify the best solutions.
- Architecture of solutions mixing proven patterns and latest technologies : Gen AI/Agentic AI/RAG systems and necessary governance. DevSecOps in multiple technical environments (including hybrid). Cloud native applications & associated virtual infrastructure leveraging the best tooling for the job, from Kubernetes to Serverless functions. AI powered Automation as well as classic integration tooling.
- Scope, draft and present tailored technical proposals, emphasizing service quality and added value for the client.
- Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, including client presentations, negotiations, and demonstrations.
- Understanding that the most modern technology must be enabled by a solid platform, and that technology is only a mean to reliably serve business needs. You bring the vision that facilitates technology adoption, while proposing solutions that bring stability to the customer.
- Contribution in the service portfolio management, ensuring it reflects market trends and client needs.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in Digital and Testing fields to ensure that our offerings remain cutting-edge.
YOUR PROFILE
- 10 years of experience in Information Technology with 3 years in Pre-Sales role.
- Client service skills, excellent ability to understand and meet client expectations, with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Deep knowledge of digital technologies and software testing processes.
- Level C2 in French and C1 in English is essential for effective interaction with an international client base.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a team and build trust-based relationships.
- Ability to work independently, identify opportunities, and propose innovative solutions to meet client needs.
