About Nutchel


Nutchel is a growing European start-up in the tourism sector, which offers stays in charming eco-friendly wooden cabins, located in forest villages surrounded by preserved nature.

Our clients come to us to experience this rejuvenation (which stimulates or soothes) for a few days away from their daily lives, to rediscover the taste for simple gestures, and to reconnect with themselves and the people they love.


Nutchel's job is to develop new forest areas on the one hand, and to operate and commercialize existing villages on the other hand.

Your role
As part of the marketing & sales team, you are the first and last contact point of our guests. You play a key role in the success of the Nutchel experience

Your missions

  • Work with hospitality teams to ensure a smooth client experience and a peaceful HQsite daily collaboration
  • Manage complaints and refunds
  • Support the sales and upsell
  • Create and maintain excellent relationships with team members and guests

Your profile

  • You have minimum of 2years' experience working in Customer Service
  • You have fluent oral and written skills in Dutch, French, and English. German is considered a plus
  • You have excellent communication skills (both oral and written), as well excellent listening skills
  • You master Office 365, and have experience a PMS (property management system) or a booking system

Your soft skills

  • You have a feeling for customer satisfaction with a problemsolving mentality and a great care to details
  • You are resultoriented and have reporting experience
  • You are autonomous, well organized and a real team player
