Acteur majeur de la place financière luxembourgeoise et signataire des « Principles for Responsible Banking » de l'UNEP FI (United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative), la BIL s'engage pour la construction d'une économie durable.
Dans le cadre d'un surcroit d'activités, nous recherchons un(e) Operations Clerk/Officer pour notre équipe Custody dans la Ligne Operations dans le cadre d'un CDD jusqu'au **30/03/2024**.
**Vos responsabilités:
- Assurer le contrôle et la validation des transactions négociées par la Salle de marchés (actions, obligations, fonds - marché primaire, secondaire, OTC)
- Assurer la gestion journalière des instructions de transferts entrées/sorties (principalement sur actions, obligations et fonds) avec les contreparties et dépositaires tout en garantissant un niveau de service de haute qualité en termes de délais de traitement pour les clients internes et externes de la banque.
- Assurer les processus de règlement-livraison associés aux différentes transactions contre/franco paiement et mettre tout en œuvre pour assurer la liquidation à bonne date valeur.
- Garantir le respect des règles définies par la banque du point de vue fiscal, juridique, comptable, déontologique, risque et transactionnel.
- Prévenir et, le cas échéant, gérer les risques et les incidents opérationnels en collaboration avec le management et les départements concernés.
- Traiter les réclamations des clients.
**Vos compétences:
- Bachelor orienté en économie ou gestion.
- Une expérience de minimum 2 ans dans le domaine bancaire est exigée.
- Maîtrise de la langue française et de l'anglais tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
- Maîtrise de Word et Excel.
- La connaissance de T24 constitue un avantage certain.
- Sens de l'organisation et des responsabilités.
- Autonomie, proactivité.
