Our client, an international organization renowned for offering premium financial services globally, is looking for a highly motivated professional eager to challenge themselves daily.


You will join their Luxembourg office, where you will work closely with the Chief Operations Officer in managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations while also having regular contact with various department heads and cross-functional teams, driving, and achieving organisation success and standards.


Your Responsibilities

  • Manage a Key Performance Indicator ('KPI') dashboard, prepare and present respective analytics and their interpretation towards management on a regular basis.
  • Assist in developing and improving new KPIs and metrics to monitor and evaluate operational performance.
  • Act as the project coordinator for several ongoing or soon to be launched projects, such as:
  • Roll out and management thereof of a new expense report software tool.
  • Management and implementation of various IT related software tools and respective follow up.
  • Management of adherence to procedures, processes, etc., and respective follow up with the relevant departments.
  • Overall coordination of the expense overview within the Platform.
  • Overall coordination and management of the induction program for new joiners.
  • Follow up on various internal recharge processes.
  • Assist with internal corporate governance baseline tracking.
  • Assist with the budgeting process and time registration allocation.
  • Serve as a liaison between the COO and various teams, facilitating the flow of information and promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Develop and implement systems for monitoring and reporting operational performance, including regular reporting to the COO and executive team.
  • Analyse performance data and metrics, identify trends and provide actionable insights and recommendations to the COO for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for executivelevel meetings, summarizing operational performance and highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, operation management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining highquality standards.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and programs such as Microsoft Excel to support efficient reporting.
  • Fluent in English verbally and in writing.
