**Key Responsibilities / Tasks**:
- Performing analytical checks on daily regulatory reporting (EMIR, MiFIR), handling of corrections and feedbacks.
- Participate in system enhancement IT and support process improvement projects.
- Participate in methodology reviews and implementation of any methodological changes.
- Review of workflows and operating procedures.
- Escalate issues identified, which may result in late or incorrect regulatory submission, to senior management for resolution and remediation.
- Providing Business Support on day-to-day queries.
- Capturing of data and internal booking of securities.
- Handling of static data, such as pricing and securities.
**Your Skills and Experience**:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in the banking and financial sector.
- Advanced Office 365 and database skills, knowledge of Avaloq would be seen as an advantage.
- High team-spirit and service orientation, strong personality and ability to work under pressure and against deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English. Any other language is an advatage.
- High degree of control awareness, attention to detail and focus on providing quality output.
- Good knowledge of various securities, as well as of regulatory and luxemburgish legal requirements.
- High analytical skills and interest on data management.
- Good knowledge of EU Transaction Reporting (EMIR,MiFIR).
- Responsibility, organizaition, care and accuracy.
