La fiduciaire propose une ligne de service complète auprès de sa clientèle notamment de la comptabilité, fiscalité, Corporate et domiciliation depuis presque dix ans au Luxembourg. Le cœur de clientèle de cette fiduciaire est variée, principalement financière avec des SOPARFI, Holdings mais également des Sociétés Commerciales.
Vous rejoindrez une équipe composée d'environ 40 collaborateurs talentueux qui contribuent à la superbe réputation de la structure sur le marché au Luxembourg. Le faible taux de départ et démissions des collaborateurs est le reflet de l'atmosphère positive régnant au sein de cette fiduciaire.

Vos responsabilités | Fiduciaire - Corporate Officer - Corporate - Juridique
Vous vous chargerez de la gestion administrative et juridique de votre propre portefeuille de clients financiers (SOPARFIs, SPVs, Holdings et Sociétés Commerciales).
Dans le cadre de vos missions, vous devrez garder le Registre de Commerce à jour de vos entités en déclarant tout changements pouvant survenir.
Vous organiserez les différentes réunions nécessaires tels que les assemblés (générales/ordinaires), et rédigerez les procès-verbaux nécessaires.
Vous serez en contact avec les parties prenantes telles que les cabinets d'avocats, études de notaires, banques et administrations compétentes dans le cadre de vos missions.
Profil et parcours | Fiduciaire - Corporate Officer - Corporate - Juridique
Vous avez une expérience au Luxembourg dans un poste similaire d'au moins trois ans au sein d'une fiduciaire ou un PSF.
Autonome et indépendant dans la gestion de votre portefeuille, vous faites preuve d'une excellente organisation et priorisation de vos missions.
Vous maîtrisez la langue française et anglaise, à l'écrit et à l'oral, cela vous permettant d'assurer le bon déroulé de vos correspondances en interne et externe.
