Senior Corporate Officer – Small Fiduciary, Respectful Managers
Currently, we are assisting and advising our esteemed partner in its active search for a future Senior Corporate officer. The structure is looking for someone to join the productive and motivated existing team, in order to grow towards a common project: satisfaction for both the clients and employees.
Implemented several years ago in Luxembourg, this fiduciary has developed a very stable team and client base. With a vast majority of financial clients (e.g. Soparfis, Holdings, unregulated funds), it offers high-quality services in Accountancy, Fund Administration and Corporate/legal services. Their strategy is focused on personalized advice, allowing them to offer the best guidance possible to the clients and guarantee a high level of satisfaction and expertise.
Their offices are located in the heart of the city : This will facilitate your organization and ensure that you can easily pick up your children from school for example. You will have the chance to work in a beautifully renovated residence in a calm neighborhood, which will ensure comfort and great work conditions on a daily basis.
Lastly, you will be part of a human-sized company of less than 20 people, where your individuality will be respected and you will be welcomed with open arms.
Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer – Legal – Fiduciary – Corporate
- In your position, you will be responsible for your own portfolio of a financial clients (mainly holdings, soparfis) from the constitution to the liquidation/dissolution.
- You will be involved in the preparation of legal documentation such as agreements, change of status, board minutes, capital increases and so on.
- You will be in charge of the organization and preparation of board and shareholder meetings, and general meetings (annual, extraordinary).
- Additionally, you will handle compliance checks (AML/KYC analysis) and file remediations for your clients, although these tasks will be a minority.
Profile and Career Path | Senior Corporate Officer – Legal – Fiduciary – Corporate
- Currently, you have acquired at least 3 years of experience in a similar position within a Luxembourgish structure (PFS, Fiduciary).
- For this position, you should be fluent in French and English to maintain excellent internal and external communications, both with colleagues, clients and third parties.
- You are looking to join a dynamic and tight-knit team for the following years to come and want to become a key member of the fiduciary.
- You are able to present a stable career path and are not interested in frequently job hopping, but you would much rather invest yourself long term in a company.
